smart target

.My smart target is to learn guitar so when I make music it will sound a lot better.

.Ill like to also make a track with me and other singing rapping on it in the colleges studio.

.Ill like to enhance my piano and singing and freestyle skills.

Ill like to learn all the skill by the end of next term hopefully less then that. These I believe will make help me when I make my music weather it be producing or preforming.

Andy C

Andy John Clarke (birth name) was born on the 6th of April 1976 in Walsall England and his farther was Mick Clarke a bass player in a band call the Rubettes.

Andy C is a English DJ and producer. The type of music he plays and make are drum and bass and the equipment he uses are 4 turntables. He not a wild DJ like Skrillex or as skilled as DJ primer but he dose know how to make the crowd go wild when he mixes different songs together. he doesn't really give the audience that much eye contact thus that saying I don't think it because he shy. I think cause he has so much to do. His music with a MC really get the audience worked up every time a song comes on. my thoughts on Andy C is hes a great DJ. His songs are amazing as a DJ ill like to preform like Him.

Microphones

1)         As a general guideline, it can be said that dynamic microphones are best suited for live sound work, and that condenser microphones are more suited for use in a recording studio.
Give technical and practical reasons for why this may, or may not, be a valid statement (include diagrams if necessary).
Depending on what getting recorded like vocal or instrument like drums

2)         What are the three main polar patterns found on microphones? Describe the differences and give examples of how each could be used.
Omi-direction is all around the microphone this is useful cause it can pick up sound all around
Uni-direction is one direction this is useful for vocals
Bi-direction is two direction this is useful for picking up sound from both side of the microphone

3)         Dynamic and condenser microphones are the two most commonly used type of microphone found in the studio. Can you name any other types? Explain their basic technical features and how, or why, they might be used.
Fiber Optic microphone uses strand of glasses instead of metle wires
Carbon microphones use carbon dust
4) Give suggestions as to what you might use the following microphones for and explain your answers (using the microphone’s technical specifications to support your answers):
     A)      Audix D6: for kick drums and bass guiter because it and omidirectional mic so it easier to pick up the bass in the intruments
  1. B)    SE Electronics Titan used for drums to people sing on one mic. because its and uni directional mic it go for picking it up o both side

  2. C)     Microtech Gefell M300

Gig review 1 and gig review 2

Wednesday

A burst of emotion filled the air as the actors preformed there scene about myths of Greek. The acts preformed by the actors was so powerful made you feel as if your look at the accrual characters right on the stage in front of you. Good coordination between the actors show that they got everything under control (along side help from the there teacher).

Techniques on how the actors captivated the audience was when unexpectedly one of the actor started to rap about love. That got the audiences full and undivided attention on him it show that they don't only read off scrip of paper and act it but they also have other skills they can use to better the carries in the future. They also keep eye contact with the audience too. In on set the repeated it but with different actors due to how many actors they had and how many parts in the play they had but with that you can really compare With each other's such as some show a lot of emotions others showed less some emphasised on there speeches some were really quiet. Maybe they had to be like to fit into character but in any case they were great.

Something in between drama and music what do you get? Musical theatre! As the music played,by the piano player, the dancer sang along with it. Also coordinated with the song and there movement to give of a sensational feeling to the audiences. They didn't really engage with the audience that much for me to talk about. But they also did well too.

Thursday

Another acting classes took the stage giving the audience a burst of emotion in every scene they did.
Have a few act they were great. Having technical difficulties twice they still got thought the whole performance satisfying the audience with the emotions giving out by the acts they preformed.

Having the drama class warm up the audience Level 2 music was next to take the stage give the audiences a sense of joy, fun, and also laughter too. Engaging when the audience they most defiantly did. You can see the coordination between one other as they go thought the song. Last song they really got the audience going as they left the audience satisfied with there preform.

Level 3 music and start away engages the audience asking if they was ok and if they are enjoying the performance so far. Fanily twicing thing they start to preform there first song Michael Jackson gotta be starting something. As they sang thought the song you can see the audience enjoying the preformane. Both level 2 and 3's drummers were fantastic. Keeping the structure of the whole song strong also always looking at the others to tell them when to jump in and when to finish to the other song level 3 music sang was also great too still got the audiences satisfied with there preformane. As there show was coming to end they gave a big thank you to the music technician (grant) there music teacher and also the most important guest there, the audience.

In conclusion the whole performance from Wednesday to Thursday was absolutely great the audience love the shows I loved the whole show it was a great experience not just for me but for every single person who was there.
