health and safety issue

it is important for an artist to stay healthy and to know when it is he or shes limit. the reason it so impotent is because if an artist was to eat lot of junk food before he performed he/she would pass out
that why it impotent to eat an healthy diet which are: fruit and veg(5 a day), protein, fatty food(not all the time), milk and dairy(not all the time as well) and lastly water the most impotent of them all. artist should keep fit that mean instead of wait around for someone to turn up run around the block a few time do some push up and sit up something like that. in terms of safety there is a lot how thing an artist need to look out for. for example an artist greatest sense is his/her ears. To insure that your ear working good condition the best way is to turn down your music if it on max and if u are going to a concert get ear plugs. the reason for this is that you cant call yourself a artist if your ear are not working at all. if you play an instrument never play when your in pain best thing to do is to rest up. all ways warm up if you play instrument or if your a singer/rapper. it also impotent for an artist to get the right amount of sleep. it more impotent on the day of the performance. lack of sleep will hurt your performance really badly.
